Compass Chat Enterprise is an AI Assistant available in English and Arabic and is capable of generating human-quality text, creating content, answering your questions, and stimulating conversations.
The Compass Chat Enterprise helps draw your ideas and you can use this AI assistant for things like:

- Creating content for your blogs, emails, and much more.
- Drawing or brainstorming your ideas to develop a project or a plan.
AI Assistant with Multi-Tenant Support
Compass Chat Enterprise comes with a multi-tenant feature catering to organizations with multiple departments, teams, or user groups. This allows teams from one organization to use the same instance of Compass Chat Enterprise while ensuring data privacy and access controls from other teams. When using this feature:
- Each tenant is provided with an organization ID that is required when logging into Compass Chat Enterprise. The user will be able to proceed with signing only if the organization ID exists in the platform records.
- Add users to a tenant based on their role or teams.
- Users with permissions can switch between tenants.
The system administrator of the organization can manage the tenant settings and user permissions.
Enhance Intelligence with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
RAG enhances the artificial intelligence and capabilities of LLMs by combining their generative abilities with information retrieval. When you send a prompt, the query is exposed to the RAG system that first searches the knowledge base or database for relevant information such as articles, documents, or structured data. The retrieved information is fed to the LLM which applies its generative capabilities to create a comprehensive response, summarize, and create new content based on the retrieved data.
