Getting Started

The Compass provides an easy-to-use interface for its API and Chat Enterprise platforms.

Compass API

To get started with the Compass API, you need to:

  • Create an account
  • Purchase the APIs
  • Create API key

Create Account

  • 1. Click Profile Icon > SIGN IN.

  • 2. Click No account? Create one.

  • 3. Enter the email address you want to register with and click Next.

  • 4. Enter the verification code received in your email and click Next.

  • 5. Enter the new password, confirm it, and enter the name you want to display in your account. Click Next.

You are successfully logged in to your account and can now explore the platform.

 

Reset Your Account Password

To reset your account or if you do not remember your password:

  1. Click Profile Icon > SIGN IN.

  2. Enter your registered email address and click Forgot password?.

  3. Enter the email address and click Next.

  4. Enter the verification code received in your email and click Next.

  5. Enter the new password, confirm it, and click Reset Password.

You have successfully reset your account password.

To sign out of your account, on the top-right menu, click your Profile Icon > SIGN OUT.

 

Purchase the APIs

To start using Compass APIs, you need to contact the Compass team, and the Compass team will help you activate your subscription. After purchasing the API, you need to generate an API key.


To generate the API key, click Profile Icon > API Keys > Add New.

To get started with Compass Chat Enterprise, get in touch with the Compass team.
