Get Started

The Compass provides an easy-to-use interface for its API and Chat Enterprise platforms.

Compass API

To get started with the Compass API, you need to:

  • Create an account

  • Subscribe to the model to create APIs

  • Create an API key

Create Account

  1. Go to the Compass Platform Website and click Log in with Microsoft Account.

  2. Click No account? Create one.

  3. Enter the email address you want to register with and click Next.

  4. Enter the verification code received in your email and click Next.

  5. Enter the new password, confirm it, and enter the name you want to display in your account. Click Next.

You are successfully logged in to your account and can now explore the platform.

Reset Your Account Password

To reset your account or if you do not remember your password:

  1. Go to the Compass Platform Website and click Log in with Microsoft Account.

  2. Enter your registered email address and click Forgot password?.

  3. Enter the email address and click Next.

  4. Enter the verification code received in your email and click Next.

  5. Enter the new password, confirm it, and then click Reset Password.

You have successfully reset your account password.

To sign out of your account, click your Profile Icon > Log Out.

Subscribe to the APIs

There are two ways to subscribe to the models:

  • Compass Sales Team Assistance

  • From Azure Marketplace

Compass Sales Team Assistance

To subscribe to Models using Compass Team assistance, from the Dashboard, click Explore Models > select the model you want to subscribe to > Subscribe > Continue via Sales Team. Enter the details and click Submit.

The Compass team will assist you in activating your subscription. After purchasing the API, you need to generate an API key.

To generate the API key, click Profile Icon > API Keys > Create. Enter the details and click Create.

From Azure Marketplace

To subscribe to Models using Azure Marketplace, you must have access to the Microsoft Azure Portal.

  1. From the Dashboard, click Explore Models > select the model you want to subscribe to > Subscribe > Azure Marketplace.

  2. Search for Compass by Core42.

  3. If you are an existing user:

    1. In the Azure Portal, upgrade or change the subscription by clicking View all your subscriptions.

    2. Select the plan you want to update or change.

    3. Select Change plan to upgrade or modify the existing subscription and select the plan you want to subscribe.

    4. You will receive a success message related to the subscription.

  4. If you are a new user:

    1. In the Azure Portal, click Subscribe to purchase a subscription for Compass models.

    2. Select the model and follow the screen instructions to complete the subscription.

    3. You will receive a success message related to the subscription.
