The Usage Reports page visually represents your API usage per model, per key, duration, success and failed calls information, token consumption details, and web search transactions. You can filter the usage data by model ID and duration dropdown at the top-right corner of the page.
To access the Reports page, log into your account, and click your Profile Icon > Usage Reports. The page provides comprehensive monitoring of your API usage.
The Batch Tokens and Batch Jobs details are available only for the GPT-4o and GPT-4o mini models that support batch jobs.

You can also view resource usage and API key information by using the tab options Resources and API Keys, respectively.
The Reports page also offers the flexibility to narrow down the usage results for the selected time duration, such as hours or days. Custom Period is also available to choose a specific time duration for viewing usage.
On this page, you can filter and view reports:
- Model
- Department
- Projects
- Resources Name
- API key
- Selected time duration
- For total token consumption
- About the status of API call details, such as successful and failed calls
For Realtime and GPT-4o Audio models, the report shows the tokens and usage in separate blocks.
Export Reports
Compass offers the option to export reports in CSV format. To do so, click the download icon at the top-right corner of each card.
You can also scroll the graph to view the granular data of the API calls.
